Broadway In Norfolk 2017 – 18 Season Announced!


Jam Theatricals and SevenVenues are thrilled to announce the 2017-2018 Broadway In Norfolk season! The season kicks off with the return of the Tony® Award-winning musical THE BOOK OF MORMON following a record breaking engagement at Chrysler Hall in 2014. BEAUTIFUL – The Carole King Musical which will make its debut in Norfolk at Chrysler Hall, tells the Tony® and Grammy® Award-winning inspiring true story of King’s remarkable rise to stardom. The show is currently playing to sold-out crowds at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre on Broadway. Cameron Mackintosh’s new production of Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schönberg’s Tony Award-winning musical phenomenon, LES MISÈRABLES, will also make a return to Norfolk. LES MISÈRABLES tells an unforgettable story of heartbreak, passion, and the resilience of the human spirit.

The 2017-2018 Broadway In Norfolk season is rounded out by record-breaking live theater sensation DIRTY DANCING – THE CLASSIC STORY ON STAGE and family favorite THE SOUND OF MUSIC.

2017-2018 Broadway In Norfolk subscribers will also have the option to add on a season special – musical phenomenon Straight No Chaser. Hit a cappella group Straight No Chaser will perform on November 1, 2017 at Chrysler Hall and can be added to any season package.
